The Tru Hone® Commercial Knife Sharpener is designed to sharpen knives quickly and efficiently for commercial operations. Tru Hone’s “one-minute knife sharpening” grinds both bevels simultaneously. The variable speed control helps the operator increase knife life by up to 50%. The dual wheel operation completely eliminates the burr on the edge.
The Tru Hone® Commercial Knife Sharpener uses two pair of contra-rotating honing wheels to simultaneously sharpen both bevels of a knife edge resulting in precisely sharpened knives in a fraction of the time required by other methods. The Angle Adjustment Knob increases or decreases the overlap of the honing wheels that allows the machine to be sharpened at nine different angles.
